Breast Care Nurses

Support for you and your family on your breast cancer journey.

Breast Cancer Research Centre – WA provides essential support to breast cancer patients, including access to our dedicated Breast Care Nurses (BCNs) who specialize in coordinating care and providing vital information, assisting patients and their families every step of their breast cancer experience.

From wound management to assistance with seromas and education about chemotherapy, our BCNs are a point of contact between patients and their care team.

Our BCNs go above and beyond to provide personalized care, responding to patient calls, advising on side effects and arranging direct admissions to the ward if needed.

They also provide information on services such as wigs, prostheses, and community-based exercise programs.

At Hollywood Private Hospital, our BCNs visit patients each day, providing emotional support and answering any questions they may have.

They are located in Suite 407, Level 4 of Hollywood Consulting Centre and are an integral part of our commitment to delivering exceptional care to every patient.

I recently had a query that I could not get satisfaction from anywhere. I rang BCRC, next thing I know I received a phone call and treatment, the same day, for the issue discussed. These Nurses are greatly appreciated and needed for all of us on this journey.
