You’re invited to a free community information session on Wills and Powers of Attorney.
A Will is an important document that protects your family and assets. In this session, we will explore some of the things that need to be considered when making a Will.
Another important step is arranging an Enduring Power of Attorney and an Enduring Power of Guardianship. These allow you to select someone to make important financial or property decisions when you are not able to. They also allow you to appoint someone to make personal, lifestyle and treatment decisions on your behalf.
Join our presenter, Felicity Dillon, Senior Lawyer from Perpetual to gain a better understanding of the processes. Our CEO, Carmelo Arto, will also provide an update on recent developments at BCRC-WA.
