The Chemo Wise Information Sessions are for Hollywood Private Hospital patients about to start chemotherapy as advised by oncologist, Professor Arlene Chan.
The sessions are guided by health professionals including oncology nurses, dieticians and pharmacists, on topics such as diet, side effects, pharmacy and exercise. The sessions are also attended by Look Good Feel Better, a not-for-profit organisation that gives advice on looking good and feeling better while undergoing cancer treatment.

Chemo Wise sessions are relaxed and informal and we encourage you to bring a list of questions for the health professionals. No question is considered out of bounds and we would rather you ask the question and feel comforted in being kept informed on your treatment and its side effects. You’re also welcome to bring a support person along, be it a partner, family member or close friend. Please just advise us when you phone.
